What are the 'benefits" of becoming a SR mason?

Very simple: There's no benefit. There may be an advantage for the freemason wishing to advance in philosophical studies concerning Freemasonry, but certainly no benefit at all.

If you wish an elaboration on my short and rather definite statement, we can discuss the issue in a sophisticated context.

I don't think its fair to say no benefit at all. There are many benefits based on what you are looking for. If you are looking for financial benefits, of course there are none of that. However if you are looking for deeper phylosophical and moral teachings, better networking for helping eachother, historical sources which you can not find in a regular bookstore etc. then you are looking at the right place. Therefore I would say there are many benefits. But that doesn't mean you should look nor join for benefits. You should get in only to better yourself.

I agree to the veiws of Respectable MASON. However, when one mentiones "benefits" in the profane world, this most probably is relevant to some sort of concrete gain rather being an abstract advantage. If a freemason in craft  degrees would ask the same question, having given that he already knows how the term "benefit" is referred to in the working of a lodge, then the explanation would of course be much different, even more than that suggested.

It is really obvious that you are googleing your English. Its incomprehensible and lack of knowledge I suppose. I am not a SR Mason yet, but however I am affiliated with people whom are. I most likely realize that this people are sharing some sort of common  knowledge which makes them better Masons and  with the effect of this knowledge they achieve very stronger level of personality. Quite frankly it is my best hopes to be able to join the SR with no doubts.
